The information received from members is treated as strictly confidential. No part of the report is shared with any other non-participating member garden centre or other organisations. A one page summary report highlighting the trend of sales by product category is available to all members, both associates and non-participating garden centres; the data shown does not identify the contributors. This summary can be viewed at all times and is updated on the 20th of each month.
